How to make a wellness shot at home

🌿 Immune-Boosting Wellness Shot
Ingredients (makes 2 shots):
1 medium orange, peeled
1 small lemon, peeled
1 inch fresh ginger root (peeled if preferred)
1 inch fresh turmeric root (or ½ tsp ground turmeric)
A pinch of black pepper (helps activate the turmeric)
Optional: 1 tsp honey for sweetness
Instructions:
Add the orange, lemon, ginger, and turmeric to a blender or juicer.
Blend until smooth. If using a blender, strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother shot.
Stir in the black pepper and honey (if using).
Pour into small shot glasses and enjoy immediately.
